Worldwide shipping. Please note that longer lead times apply for made to order products. All shipments are tracked and insured and each designer fulfils their own orders which means that items will arrive separately. We love to wrap all products beautifully for you!
Please note that all orders outside the UK are shipped on a 'Delivery Duty Unpaid' (DDU) basis. This means that you may be liable for any customs fees and sales tax.

Reasons for a return:
You changed your mind:
Cancellations of orders need to be made in writing within 10 hours of placing an order.
Once the items have been shipped a 14 day return period applies. Only fully priced ready to ship items can be exchanged. No refunds can be given on 'made to order' products but we are happy to exchange your purchase for another product or credit note given that you return your item in new and undamaged condition.
Please note that earrings and special custom orders are non returnable.
Sales for Vintage items are also considered final! Please read the descriptions carefully and ask if something is unclear. Vintage clothes are old and likely to have been used, although extra care has been taken to clean, mend and restore pieces, please expect some natural wear. If based in London you can make an appointment to view and try the selection in person.
It has arrived damaged:
If your order has arrived damaged please send us an email immediately within a day of receiving your order and make sure to include a clear picture! Each designer will handle their own returns, you can get in touch with them via the contact page!
Item looks different to the product picture:
All of the products are handmade so it is unavoidable that they might vary slightly from the pictures you see on the website. However if you feel there's a significant disappointment please email the designer directly so we can resolve the problem. Picture colours may vary slightly due to monitor settings.
Item broke after being worn:
Although this rarely happens, studs can come off the leather items in which case we will be happy to send you a replacement to attach to either your bag or belt!
Silver is a softer metal and delicate styles should be handled with care. We are happy to repair jewellery and would ask a small surcharge to cover repair and shipping (get in touch with the relevant designer directly).
Vintage items will reach you in a used but freshly dry cleaned and mended condition, however they are used items and have been made in decades long gone - no refunds or repair service can be given in this case.
How to return:
Return shipments must be insured and tracked services. Please make sure to return a product in it's original condition and packaging. Shipping refunds only apply on lost shipments or items arriving in damaged condition. Once a delivery attempt has been made we see the shipment as fulfilled and it is the buyers responsibility to arrange redelivery.
Credit notes are valid for 1 month only.
